  1. Personal data is processed:
    • When contacting our Company You can contact our Company by sending an email, filling out the contact form on the website, by phone, or through a sales representative. Providing personal data for contact purposes is voluntary and based on your consent. The scope of personal data processed depends on the matter you are contacting us about (e.g., sending an offer and establishing cooperation, submitting a complaint, establishing an employment relationship, etc.).
    • By leaving a comment on social media If you contact our Company through social media: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube by sending a private message, sharing posts, or leaving comments, we process your personal data that you use on these platforms. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest, which is to promote the Company’s activities by informing about events, services, and products, as well as publishing posts related to our business activities (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Providing data is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose. Data will be processed until you delete your account or raise an objection. In this case, your data may be processed by META outside of EEA countries; for detailed information on the security provided by Instagram and Facebook in this regard, you can find it on the pages of META Privacy Policy and META Business Information.     • During the execution of placed orders In the case of entering into contracts with you for the execution or delivery of the products or services we offer, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of executing and settling the concluded contract, as well as organizing the transport of goods. In this case, providing the requested personal data is mandatory. Data related to the concluded contract and data collected for its settlement will be processed for the period required by law, for at least 5 years from the first day of the year following the year in which the contract was settled. This period may be longer in the event of any claims being pursued by either party to the contract.
    • When handling submitted complaints In the event of submitting a complaint regarding our products or services, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling it. In this case, providing the requested personal data is mandatory. Data related to the submitted complaint will be stored for 3 years from the date of its resolution. This period may be longer in the event of any claims being pursued by either party.
    • Conducting video surveillance Our Company conducts video surveillance of buildings and areas belonging to us to ensure the safety of employees and property, which is a legitimate interest of the Company. Surveillance is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code, and recordings will be stored for no longer than 1 week from the date of recording.
    • Analyzing web traffic on the website When visiting our website, we analyze web traffic, for which we process the following data: IP address, location, information stored in cookies. Processing this data is a legitimate interest of the administrator aimed at analyzing customer traffic on the website.

Objection to the processing of personal dataYou can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for contact purposes by sending an email to: sekretariat@libro.lubawa.pl with the following content: I withdraw my consent for the processing of personal data regarding the email address/phone number (please provide your email address or specify which data you are referring to or what the matter concerns) or in person at the Company’s headquarters. The withdrawal of consent may only be submitted by the data subject. The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of the person withdrawing consent to ensure the proper execution of rights.
  1. Sharing personal dataThe collected personal data may be shared with, among others:
    • companies from the Libro group cooperating with our Company;
    • suppliers of IT systems and entities cooperating to perform technical activities aimed at ensuring the security of these systems;
    • entities providing postal services in accordance with postal law for the purpose of conducting traditional correspondence;
    • banks in the event of the need to make settlements. Disclosure of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and only in situations where it is necessary for the execution and settlement of the services provided, ensuring the confidentiality of the processed personal data.
  2. Rights of personal data ownersIn connection with the processing carried out, you have the right to request:
    • access to your personal data and their correction in accordance with the regulations,
    • restriction of the processing of your personal data,
    • deletion of your personal data in the case of data processed based on granted consent,
    • to express an objection to the processing in the case of data obtained from video surveillance and monitoring of web traffic on the website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
